>>Report: Berry, Aubry Resolve Little During Hearing
Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry's ongoing legal battle over their three-year-old daughter is still unresolved. Sources tell TMZ.com that the couple's hearing on Monday was unproductive for the most part. Halle agreed to receive counseling, while Gabriel agreed to seek treatment for his anger issues. The couple also agreed to send their daughter Nahla to counseling. The L.A. County Department of Children and Family services also submitted several recommendations to the judge, although sources say Aubry objected to the majority of the recommendations. The judge is now said to be on the verge of holding a full hearing, which would be similar to a trial, so he can make the decisions.
Aubry is being investigated for misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor battery for allegedly shoving their nanny while she was holding Nahla. Halle wants the courts to prevent her ex from having contact with their daughter until the investigation is complete. The judge didn't rule on Halle's request on Monday, and has yet to make a decision about the nanny, who Gabriel wants fired.
